What is the delivery fee for wholesale orders?

Do you offer free shipping on wholesale orders

Orders placed by retail customers qualify for free shipping if they meet specific criteria; however, freight charges apply to wholesale orders to maintain competitive pricing.

We keep our product costs separate from shipping. We believe incorporating delivery fees into product prices wouldn't be fair.

The minimum spend for wholesale orders is $500. As these orders are larger in volume and weight, they incur additional costs that we cannot cover. We choose transparency, allowing you to calculate your margins based on the product costs alone.

How long does delivery take for wholesale orders?

Delivery times depend on the meals chosen and your location.

Typically, orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. 

Over a period of many years, we have streamlined our production to reduce as much waste as possible in line with our sustainability goals, and most often, items in your wholesale order are scheduled and produced 'after' an order is confirmed. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress using the link provided in the email.

Live Tracking will be available when the delivery partner make their way to your delivery address. You will then be able to track minute-by-minute till the delivery reaches you.

Can you collect a product I ordered by mistake?
For all shelf-stable (non-frozen / non-chilled) items, we can organise a collection on our next delivery run to your area. 
The fee for a collection from an area on our run is $50, if we are not already delivering an order to you. This fee is to cover the cost of our delivery partner coming to you and collecting the stock as well as the administration time involved in Quality Assurance inspecting and returning these items. 
If we are already delivering to you on our run that week, the collection fee will be $30. This fee is to cover our delivery partner coming back to our warehouse to deliver the items instead of finishing for the day, as well as the administration time involved in Quality Assurance inspecting and returning these items. 
Once our QA team perform an inspection of the items and deem them acceptable for re-sale we will process a credit for the items.
Frozen / Chilled items that are ordered by mistake cannot be collected by us.
