Our Click & Collect orders have a specific collection window.

When you reach our Click & Collect location, Present your Order Confirmation email, along with a Photo ID to collect your order.

All Click & Collect orders are packed separate to our store stock, and cannot be held no later than 30 min after your scheduled pickup time.

To ensure food safety, if you are unable to pick up your order within 30 mins of your scheduled pickup time, our staff will disassemble your order and merge it with our store stock. For food safety reasons, once disassembled, our store staff cannot re-pack your order if you arrive later than 30 mins after your scheduled pickup time.

In such cases, we can reschedule your pickup to next week at same time or at a different location of your choice for another day. If you unable to pickup your order, please contact our team via email at he***@ta********.au to arrange this.
